Remote camera not working

Galaxy watch 5 Pro

When selecting the remote camera app "loading preview" appears, the camera app opens on the phone, however after 10 seconds it ends with "couldn't load preview" 

Tried restarting both the watch and phone however getting same message. 

Any solutions ?

So, this happens to me too. I even get to take the picture from the watch and preview the picture on the watch but can't see the live camera preview.

I use VPN on my phone (Kaspersky VPN) and I realized that turning that off makes the live preview show just fine on the watch.

I tried turning off the VPN for some specific apps (split tunneling) to get around this issue but no success after disabling it for the Wear and Camera apps.
