Hi @mrschewy A cuff based Monitor from the leading brands should be fine. Obviously your Blood pressure needs to be calibrated for the Galaxy Watch 6 to take measurements and then has to be redone every 28 days. I am using an Omron one on an earlier model. Bear in mind that whilst the watch can be fairly accuate more of a guide and cannot be used for medical Diagnosis.
