Has anyone else received such a terrible customer service from Samsung online shop?
We are in a frustrating saga with them.. their customer service is appalling and they're refusing to put things right.
My sister got the buds for my birthday but received a phone instead. We should have kept it! Instead we duly reported it. Finally aftersny calls and shouting on the phone to let them understand they came to collect it but refused to send the right item. So they asked us to cancel that order and get a refund and then place a new order. Done. Finally received the buds but no refund. One month in they now are saying that they canno process the refund as they didn not get back the buds but they got a phone instead. 🤦🏻♀️😱 seriously Samsung?
