Order not appearing on my account

Hi, has anyone had any issues where their order doesn't show on their account? I ordered the galaxy watch4 on the 14th September and I got an email from Samsung saying they've acknowledged my order and I got given an order number. But when I go onto my account to try and track my order it says the order ID is wrong. 

Just looking to see if anyone else has has this problem because I'm going to get in touch with Samsung because the money has been taken from my account.

I got this with my Z Fold 3
You got the email and that's the important bit.
I guess it's a glitch in the system. You should get email notifications when it gets shipped

You have to check the status in the same 'state' as when you ordered it, I've had this problem.. so
- if you ordered while logged in, have to be logged in to check status
- not logged in
- ordered through BLC or affiliate link

Etc etc.. it's a bit of a pain
