Notification red dot disappeared

I've got an issue with brand new watch 7. I don't get the red dot notification anymore, instead the notification opens automatically on the watch face. I can't figure out what to do in settings other than having "New notification indicator on watch face" set to ON, which it is. I can't figure this out, how do I bring the red dot back?

@yellowmatic: It is possible that the notification indicator only appears when you have more than 1 unread notification. You could try heading to Settings > Notifications > Show phone notifications on watch > Show alerts even when phone in use > On, to see if this makes a difference. I also recommend restarting the Watch7 to resolve any temporary software issues which might be a contributing factor.

Hi I had this with one of my older watches I think it depends on what watch style you are using

Do you mean the face style? I'm using the Ultra Info board face.

Yeah the face style. I don't know too much about it but the orangy red dot got removed when I chabges mine. Maybe u can enable it in setting or somthing
