No trade-in for Galaxy Buds?

I was trying to take advantage of the 75€ bonus value when buying Galaxy Buds3 Pro with trade-in, but it seems like the only headphones I can trade in are Apple AirPods Max? It's super weird, what even is the point of the extra deal if I can't trade anything in, even Samsung's own products? I'm not going to trade a phone or a tablet in for a pair of earbuds, how am I supposed to apply the deal?

I have a pair of old Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro, and I really hoped I would be able to trade them in.

According to my collegue of our E-shop department, the value of a older Buds model for the trade-in is so low they won't list it on the website. What I can do for you is give you acces to our discount portal. You can find Samsung Products there for a discount price. Let me know when you are intererested.

I understand that somewhat, but please consider rethinking this so that owners of older models of Samsung products (not just Buds) can take advantage of Extra Trade-in Value promotions. Loyalty should be rewarded, wouldn't you agree?

I checked Samsung Stores in countries like the US, the UK and Germany, and all of them allow for trade-in of older models, even if the value is extremely low, like 4€

I don't need access to the discount portal, I can already access the student portal which is the same, but thanks for the offer
