No option to restore from backup

When I click on Accounts & Backup I'm not seeing the option to restore on my Watch 4 Classic. There are backups available but I don't know how to start a restore.

Restore option is available after the watch is reset or when you setup a new Watch.

According to the manual it should appear on that page, but I'm not seeing it.

I should be seeing this but the restore option is missing. I know you get the option when you reset but you can also manually restore when required - if the option isn't missing that is.

Think that function was available when the backups were made and stored locally on the device. Backups moved to online via SmartSwitch recently so I'm hazarding a guess that the restore function is only applicable now to new setups / reset.
