new galaxy watch active 2 out of box stuck on let's go screen

Hi I just got a new active watch 2 and out of the box it's stuck on the let's go screen. I've tried resetting it several times and it's not changing the being stuck. What's more it's repeating something about accessibility volume 15. When I swipe up on the arrow nothing happens.

Return it and swap it for a new one. if its doing this right out of the box it is a faulty one
