My Samsung Health monitor does not work.

I have a samsung A50 purchased in India. I purchased an Active 2 watch in Germany. I changed my account's region to Germany but I cannot use the Health Monitor app. It says the service is currently not available at my locaton

Hello, can you tell me if you are unable to download the app from the galaxy/google playstore or unable to open the app and use it.

Well all i can tell you is try to remove and add your google account and samsung account and make sure you change the region in samsung account setting if there is an option for that. Im not sure if it will work.

Someone suggested factory reset and selextong germany from the first begin steps 😕 voeleicht we must give it a try

If you have an indian Smartphone you are not able to install german Apps. But you need the german Version of the app for your german watch.

I have somewhat same issue with my watch 4 and note8 samsung. I chnaged my samsung account and renewed it. It did not help.  I am living in germnay for three years now. It is very  disappointing  not being able to use an app in germany although it works fine on oyher firend's phone flawless...

I deleted my samsung account and created a new one with the same email in Germany. Then i did a factory reset and signed with this account. Then it worked. You lose all your health history and peogress
