Issues;

1. The app worked fine but now doesn't play at all. I have tried disconnecting the watch, rebooting the phone and reconnecting the watch. I have updated both the phone and watch apps.

2. Using the 3 dots on the right, "Listen Using" does NOT allow me to choose "Gear", only shows "Headset."

3. I was able to delete all tracks but 2. Can't figure out how to delete those, and wonder if they are what is "jamming up" the player.

 

Any suggestions?

Hi @Drvjmj! Can you confirm what is the model of the phone and the watch? Also, are you using the embedded Music app or a third party one? Are both devices up to date?

The phone is Galaxy S10, Watch is Gear. And both the watch apps and the phone Wear app are up to date. I am trying to use the WATCH music player which used to work. I wonder if the TWO NON DELETABLE tracks are messing things up? Can't understand why they won't delete when all the others did delete.
