missing watch

Hi, does anyone have a problem with free galaxy active watch promotion? I get a delivery in friday but in the box was a lot of m&s face mask 🙄 and no watch...  I'm really confused with that, customer service ignoring my emails.

Hi I claimed mine one month ago and it was validated by text with a claim number. I've tried to track it and it says its not found.
