I just bought a pair of Samsung earbuds and the left earbud isn't working. The sound is really quiet even if I turn the volume to max. I tired restarting the earbuds, cleaning them and I charged them. Has anyone else had this problem? Or anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this issue? If I can't figure out how to fix it I'll end up returning them 😞
