During Bench Press, without going to Dumbell flyes, or rather than having to press +, you can
continue to Dumbell flyes and the watch will Rep count (around 95% accurate) without having to add on Dumbell flyes
Obviously you should initially set up total sets
I did 3 Bench Press + 3 Dumbell flyes = 6 sets
If you separately do bench press + Dumbell flyes, when it goes to Strava (if you are with Strava) it goes as 2 different activities, and it's a joke, for example Your Chest workout, will ends up with multiple separate workouts (Because Samsung health app is in 17th century rather than in 2022)
