I am having a similar prob. after update the Z-fold 5 stop reporting sleep data and score. All I get is time in bed from Galaxy watch 5. Spent 1.5 h on skype with support and the conclusion there was nothing we could do... what make it worse is my wife had watch4 and a note9 and it works fine.... The flagship phone does not work with the software... really??? I thought samsung would be better than fitbit.
