I bought a new phone - Galaxy A55 5G - and trying to connect my Samsung Gear S3 - 8427 watch but it stops with this message on my phone.
Any ideas ????

SO THAT MEANS I CAN THROW AWAY MY GEAR 3 WHICH IS STILL IN MINT CONDITION ?
IS THERE A SCHEME TO GET A 50% DISCOUNT IF I BUY A NEW SAMSUNG WATCH AND RETURN THE OLD ONE ?

If you download an older version APK of the Galaxy Wearable app, as well as the Gear S Plugin you can force it to work.
Download the APKs
Turn on airplane mode
Manually turn on Bluetooth
Change date and time to December 2023 (I used December 3rd)
Install the APKs, Galaxy Wearable first and then the Gear S Plugin.
Start to pair through the Galaxy Wearable app. At the end of the process when the devices are pairing, you'll have to turn airplane mode back off for it to finish.
Change Date and Time settings back to automatic once it's finished.
Never update the Wearable app again, and enjoy.
You will have to setup your watch again, as the backups of your settings can't be accessed, but otherwise it works beautifully on my Gear S3 Classic.
