it's not possible to downgrade the system back to the previous version.
After the update, the system may need to relearn your habits so you should notice an improvement in the next few days.
How many hours of battery life does your Watch have after a charge?

Keep in mind that a duration of about 24 hours is generally considered normal.
In any case, after a system upgrade, it is a good idea to perform a reset to factory conditions, which allows you to resolve any minor confilcts that may be created during installation.
So, I suggest that you perform this operation and see if your battery life is longer after performing it.
Before performing the reset, you will need to make sure that you have set up the backup execution by doing the following:
- Wearable App
- Watch settings
- Accounts and backups
- Save Backup to Cloud (to be enabled)
Later, you can perform a clock reset by proceeding as follows:
- Settings
- General
- Restore
- Tap the check icon to confirm

I also bought the Sectograph app and used it on my home screen. In fact, it's the only app that made me buy the watch. But now I can't even install the app. I also bought the Watch 7. How dare you do something like this? Aren't you Samsung? Why don't you think about the well-being of your customers? If you don't fix this problem in the new update, I will really use all the power of my advertising agency. Why? Because I spent years thinking about whether to buy this watch or not, but now I bought it and you really made me regret it.

Please consider that battery life depends on many factors, so what you are experiencing may be normal. Does a full charge last 24 hours?
As for the app you mentioned, it is not an official Samsung app, so you will need to contact the developer.
Is the app not compatible? Is your Galaxy Watch 7 connected to a Samsung phone?

I agree with you, is a shame that samsung do these kind of tricks to force you to buy the new model when your old model works just fine. I have upgraded myself the watch 6 with the latest software and the watch works just 10hours with AOD on. Not even a full day. I brought it because i have a S24 Ultra phone and thought that the compatibility will be flawless but i have made a bad decision. I will not buy galaxy watch in the future. After several updates the watch lost his fluidity and now they have KO the watch with the latest update. Shame on you Samsung !!!

I understaind your complain and I feel sorry for this issue.
Consider however that after a main update you might experience some instability, but all of it is just temporary: the system will adjust itself in time.
Nonetheless, it's possible to help this process out by reconstructing the firmware, via hard reset: did you already do it?
