How to disable DAILY "Sleeptastic!" and "You've set activity goals" notifications in watch

Every day when I wake up I get 2 notifications. "Sleeptastic" and ""You've set activity goals" that I come from the Samsung Health App (pics attached). I have the notifications for this app BLOCKED in both my phone and my watch (pics attached as well).

No matter what I do, I still get these 2 notifications every morning and it is the most annoying thing ever. If you have any suggestions please let me know.

This is a Samsung Galaxy Watch7 and Samsung Galaxy S24+, both running the most updated software available.

I found a way to disable the following irritating alert:

"You've set activity goals ... Is today your day to meet them?"

It can be disabled without having to disable all Samsung Health notifications, and is confirmed to work on my Galaxy Watch8 with UI 8.0. Hope this works for all other variations of hardware/software (see images below for reference):

  • Open the Samsung Health app on the watch
  • Scroll down then click 'Settings'
  • Click 'Notifications'
  • Disable 'Daily activity'

Another way is to use the Wear app on the phone and locate the Health section. You can disable the notification from there.

That obfuscated procedure will do the trick, otherwise you will waste your life looking for answers and a hammer...
