How to change the the apps from grid to list?

How to change the apps view from grid to list view and also how to change the watch name to our name on samsung watch ultra?

Access the settings on your phone through the "Galaxy Wearable" app, where you can usually find an option to select between "grid" and "list" layout for your apps screen; you may need to navigate to the "Apps"


Change name
1. Open Settings
2. Select About Phone or About Device
3. Select Device Name
4. Enter the new name

5. Select Done

Going to refer you this;
I know this was about a non Samsung device. But maybe worth a try?
"I succeeded in changing my GW6 name to the desired identifier, by going to my phone's bluetooth settings. more settings....(where it shows all the bluetooth devices the phone have paired with and can connect to), tapping on the GW6 option for details, there is an options to Rename device"
