How can I get parental controls set-up on a Galaxy Watch?

My son has a new Samsung Galaxy Watch - he's 12 so we need parental controls set-up. We use an Android app (Qustodio) on his phone but I don't think this works on his watch, because it's Tizen not Android. What can we do?
