So this is the first smart watch I have owned. Never really liked watches so I'm giving it a go.

The fitted strap is just to small for me, I bought the biggest strap they do. I have ordered a case for it which has a strap for upto 9.5inches which should fit so all good there.

Was wondering what settings people use or suggestions to have it step count the most accurate I know it will go up if I do hand movements but any settings to help reduce the fake steps and also any tips for a new user?

Whats your favourite apps to have on it which are useful?

Thanks

Hi @S10user11
I had a galaxy watch 4 classic, been wearing it 2 years now.
I don't really use the health app like checking your step, blood pressure or ecg ect.. but I do use my watch for contactless payments and to have a quick peek at the messages notification like whatsapp or who call me while I'm out and about.
I guess the watch 4 and watch 6 classic are not much difference, as you said this is your first smart watch so I giving some idea what you could do with your watch.
I change the strap of my watch to steel straps as I'm allergy to the rubber strap, I then bought a bezel to stick over the original one just to make it look abit better, and change the watch face .

Excellent choice on the Galaxy Watch6 Classic there, @S10user11! A fantastic entry into smart watches. Our Galaxy Watches utilise advanced step count algorithms to prevent false steps being counted from random hand movements, so there is no need to worry on the step count accuracy.
