Hi, hope you can help.

My gear just will not turn on when I push in the start button.  Help!  I charged it last night and it is fully charged but when I push the button nothing happens.

You could try a hard reset via the instructions in > https://www.hard-reset.mobi/samsung-gear-2-neo-hard-reset/#

If no joy then you may need to visit your most local Samsung Service Centre location or contact Samsung direct.
