Galaxy Watch3 (Gears S too) plugin keeps stopping (crashing) on Oneplus 7 Pro

I wanted to setup my Galaxy Watch3 and it did that alright, except for afterwards, my phone keeps telling me that the plugin keeps stopping and I cannot do anything with the app.

Any ways to fix this? I have a Oneplus 7 Pro running Android 10 Resurrection Remix

I got this too when setting up yesterday. Needed to get battery charged to 15% before it would work.

Watch is charged to 100% and my phone is at 75%, highly doubt it has something to do with the battery
