Galaxy watch volume problem

I have a problem where my galaxy watch automatically turns its volume up by itself.

I go to settings > sounds and vibrations > volume > accessibility and turn this to 0 which stops the watch talking to me.

I manually set it to 0, but after some time it will increase on its own and it’ll start talking to me again.

How can I resolve this issue?

I don't know what all of you users think, I have always had a Sony mobile phone, I asked my supplier to get me a phone that just did my mail to contacts and allowed me to phone. Didn't want an all singing all dancing phone I now have a phone that I really HATE. How do I get out of the situation. It's cost me so far £270.00. and I have a phone that I don't want. bjs

why don't u just reset the watch?
