I've had my new Watch Ultra for a couple of months with no issues. It updated the software last week, now I do not receive pop ups on the watch when I get messages, emails etc. I do get the little orange dot to signal I have a new notification, but no pop up.
I've ensured my settings allow notifications, I've restarted the Bluetooth on both phone and watch, I've done two factory resets, rebooted my phone and had a live chat with a technician from Samsung. Before I book it in for a repair; any ideas?

I agree. I'm doubting myself, thinking I'm just one click away from resolution, but I can't get away from it's only happened since the software update (watch).

Since my post, I have sent the watch back to Samsung so they can try and diagnose the issue. They cannot find anything wrong with the watch and have sent it back, stating that it may be down to third party apps, network conditions or how the device was being used.
They recommend testing my phone, which is a Galaxy 21 Ultra. There's nothing wrong with the phone and it's just received the upgraded operating system 7.
In summary, it's still not working!
