I've just upgraded from watch 4. That lasted just over a day. The watch ultra isn't even lasting that. I've checked for software update. Nothing yet as of uk time 0830 on 3rd August. My watch did nothing since yesterday's charge. But still

Is ok Google On in you watch? Google Assistant consume 75% battery in mine when Ok Google in on.
