Samsung galaxy watch 42mm.
Sleep tracking does not seem to work.
The last 3 nights I am recorded as having no deep sleep and less sleep than I would have thought.
I have HR tracking on always with goodnight mode and do not disturb.
Any ideas?

I have upgraded to the latest firmware (as of 2019-07-01)
- The Sleep tracking is still not reliable...at all!
It was good when I bought the watch. Now it say i was up for several of hours and sometimes does not detect sleep at all.
- Heart rate detection is sometimes totaly lost. Strange cos You can se the heart rate graph moving , but still it does not detect the heart rate
I have to switch to manually heart rate detction and move it to another position, like the other arm. It then finaly finds heart rate and things are back to working again.
I have factory reset my phone just to rule that out. I also occasionaly reboot the phone.
I tried another phone with a fruit on it. That is what I whant. But i am a Samsung guy!

I've now had my gakaxy watch 47mm LTE version for about 3 months.
This week the sleep tracking stopped working. I thought it might be the sensor on the back needing cleaning, but that didn't work...I tried changing various settings (constant heart rate monitoring) also made sure the app had access to storage but still nothing.
Heart rate monitor is still working but main reason I bought this watch was for sleep tracking.
I have since resorted to a factory reset. Hoping this might fix my issues.
Wish I hadn't wasted so much money on this now. Love the fact I can still get calls and texts when away from my phone but apart from that I'm very disappointed 😔

Has samsung replied directly to anyone yet?
I'm thinking of contacting "EE" during to the fact that it's not worth £20 extra a month for something that doesn't work properly.
This must be a software problem and surely a update could fix this? 🤔😔

I sent My Galaxy watch on service.
Returned to me after a couple of days.
Replaced main board and heart rate detection.
Works stabil ,so far.
Very surprised of the excellent service!
