similar issue, I just made a post - I do not see an "error code" as you do but when not near my phone I have no data! I am paying $10/mo to t-mobile to have data plan just for my watch. My Active 2 44mm never had this issue! Upgraded and wow - no data when not by phone. SMH! T-Mobile ran all their tests, no issues on their end 😞

I switched from another provider where my Watch 5 Pro LTE's ESim was activated.
I have a new provider that supports watch plans and numbershare, but it doesn't work for me. I've spent hours at the boutique, submitted a ticket and still can't get a watch plan to activate when trying from the phone, or the watch.
I get an error window saying that my provider does not support watch plan and an error code: -1
(and contact Samsung CS...)
Yes, I have the latest updates across the board. Tried a watch reset and reinstalled the phone Galaxy Wear app. Phone is One+9 5g.
