I sent my watch in for repair as the bezel had stopped working and it is still under warranty. I get an email back saying I must pay $190 to have it repaired because of “water damage”. Honestly Samsung, that is ridiculous. I am not about to pay over half the cost of a new watch to have it repaired.

So you’re telling me is that a watch that has been advertised as such “The Galaxy Fit, Gear S3, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, and Galaxy Watch Active2 can stay under 5 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.” will be damaged by the occasional splash of water and will incur “water damage” so only the bezel stops responding? If so then you might want to update it so it’s more accurate.
