Hi, I can't connect my watch to replacement phone for some reason. I can't even access the apps on the watch and the watch face disappears, only activates sometimes, I've tried all the help with connect. Any advice?
Have you tried performing a hard reset of your watch, so that your new phone recognises it as "unpaired" to any other device? I am going on the assumption that when you pair to a device, they "lock" themselves to each other for security reasons.
