Hi,
After updating to the latest Software a few days ago my watch 7 constantly freezes for 30-40 seconds during a Workout.
Re-Installing/Reconnecting, Reset didn't help.
Anyone experienced something similar?

I just follow these directions without success. My watch is still freezing. Worked perfectly before the software update.

Is there any possibility to downgrade the update?
Got the same problem. When i lower my arm the time counting freezes sometimes and the screen goes black after timeout.

I've found a solution, at least for me... one I can live with for now!
1. Pause detection disabled
2. Screen always on disabled
3. Power saving during workouts disabled (3. applies to the Watch Ultra)
4. Workout start manually
When I start a workout, the display goes off after a short while... but when I raise my arm, it reactivates. The data continues to run in the background, so I don't have to wait several seconds for the data to update. In 90% of my last 12 km run, raising my arm was enough... if raising my arm wasn't enough, a quick tap on the display helps. Now everything is better than it was after the update!! I hope Samsung responds to this problem soon!

Thank God. I thought was going crazy. I sent my back under warranty and explained it and they replaced the motherboard and display. It happened right after the update. It came back the same way and it was basically brand new.
Just to confirm - start workout and about 15-20 seconds in (shortly after GPS locates) - it freezes at the time and doesn't move for 10-20 seconds and then updates and so on.

Hello, apparently Samsung has released an update for Samsung Health... I installed it on my Ultra and tested it briefly; it seems to be working!!! Version number: 6.29.7.7009

Looks like the fix is here already, I see in your link: A fix has been released. Go to Watch Settings (on the watch itself!)> Apps > Samsung App Updates. The new Samsung Health should be available for download.
I'm downloading now, haven't tested yet.
Update May 4 2025: yes, the update for the Samsung Health app on the watch itself fixed the problem 🙂 I have version 6.29.7.009 now. I'm based in Holland.
