Galaxy watch 7 awake vs wakefulness time

Hi: I've noticed that in my sleep report, even though my #galaxywatch7 awake time shows >1 hour, the report will say I had 1 minute of wakefulness.

Why is that? Are awake time and wakefulness two different things?

I have a similar issue where the report shows '0m wakfulnes' even though the graph shows spikes of short 'awake' time and gaps in the graph where I have been awake.
