Galaxy watch 7 AGEs

How do you get the Ages index to work? I have been wearingny watch to sleep for the last two nights but still no score is being recorded.

I get everything other than AGEs index. I've just done a factory reset will see if that helps and will report back to you

I just reset the watch, no change. Awaiting a responce from Samsung to my updated error report

After a message from support I set the times for my sleep target. Since then I now get both the energy score and the AGEs Index. 😀

I have no issue with the app working and works to a point with my Samsung S24 Ultra.

However, the app is useless, 240 mins of moderate to vigorous exercise (12 mile hike in the mountains) and my daily activity needs attention.

I had a similar issue with the energy score, you need to set your activity level, if you go vastly over or under, it'll advise needs attention. Hope that helps 😊
