My new Galaxy Watch 6 (bought in mid-december) frequently restarts while exercising. This first happened during a bike ride 2 january, and has subsequently happened while walking, cycling, and shovelling snow (which i was recording as circuit training). Sometimes it restarts multiple times in quick succession, and once it went into a restart loop which only stopped when i got back from my walk and put it on the charger.
The time while exercising before the auto-restart has been getting shorter with time. Last week it restarted after only 3 minutes cycling, and again within about a minute later. This happens both when i have set the watch to record the exercise and when it is auto-recording. I have found that (so far) it does not happen when i have always-on display set.
I have reported this as a bug 4 times via the Samsung Members app but have not got any reply other than the automatically generated one that "our experts" are looking at it.
Has anyone else seen this problem or have any suggestion for a solution?

i got the same issue with my Galaxy watch 6 (40mm and 4G version), although mine just turns off. doesn't even restarts. Software is updated to the last version. (There is no software updates according to my phone/watch)
First time it happened during a run after 4k. Second time it happened at 2.5k. I'm running with the Samsung health app and Spotify music (downloaded playlist). Tonight i wanna run again and if it happens ill let you know.
i can try the next things: - run without music, change the health app to an other running app(Strava)

An update on this. I did a factory reset and it did not fix the problem. I was about to get ready to send the watch back when i got a reply to my error report on the Samsung Members app that they had confirmed it was a software issue and there would be an update. The update came a week or so ago and there have been no problems since then.

I'm having the same issue with my Galaxy 6. Just starts randomly rebooting. Lately, it reboots whenever I put it on the charger. Sometimes it reboots once or twice and then will start charging. Other times, I have to turn the watch off and then put it on the charger. Today, it rebooted randomly, and out of frustration, I did a factory reset. That seemed to go well until I put it on the charger. As soon as I did that, the screen went dark and now it's unresponsive. Tried everything to get it to start but nothing works.
This is very frustrating. Had similar issues with my Galaxy 5 that Samsung couldn't fix so they refunded me for that watch. II bought the 6 and 7 months later, I'm seeing the same type of issue. It's a shame because it's a great watch, when it works. Guess I'll have to contact support to deal with it. I see a different non-samsung watch in my future.

Hey Stagger Lee, have you resolved this issue?
I have the same issue happening with my Galaxy 6 watch being on a restart loop when it is charged. All the battery drained and now it does not boot up when it is off the charger.
