I bought a new Watch 6 LTE. It records work outs, but it is not recording sleep. I tried rebooting the watch, played around with the sleep settings, cleaned the sensors, made sure sensors are turned on for the Health app, yet my watch is not recording sleep. I feel there is a design flaw with the Watch 6. I have used the Watch 3 and Watch 4 extensively. I am wondering if others are having this issue with the Watch 6 and if anyone has any solutions...

@MK2023 If not done so already, please change the heart rate settings to 'Always' on by doing the following:
1. Swipe down on the face of the Watch to access the apps.
2. Select the Samsung Health app.
3. Select your Settings.
4. Select the Measurement.
From here you can adjust how regularly your heart rate is monitored. Does this help?

@MK2023 Wear the smartwatch snugly on your arm above the wrist and don't fasten it too tightly.
Please check for any software updates for your smartwatch. To update your smart watch:
On your mobile device, open the Galaxy Wearable app > Watch settings > Watch software update > Select either Install now or Install overnight.
If this doesn't help, backup any important data stored on the smartwatch, as a factory data reset means that you will lose all data stored on the memory. To back up your smart watch, using your mobile device:
From the Galaxy Wearable app, select Watch settings > Account and backup > Back up data.
If you have the Reactivation lock enabled, disable it before resetting your smartwatch. To enable or disable the Reactivation lock:
On your connected device, open the Galaxy Wearable app > Find My Watch > Set security > If you can't see SET SECURITY, you may need to select turn on Remote connection first > Lock watch > Select the switch to enable or disable the lock > Enter a four digit PIN and select Done.
Once you are happy that it's backed up, perform a factory data reset. To reset your watch:
Press the home button on the watch > Swipe down on the face of the watch > Select the settings icon > General > Reset > Select Reset again. Does this help?
