Hi, anyone have issues with WhatsApp images on their watch. I used have these come in and they downloaded automatically now have go into the watch up and tap to download. Is this correct on wear os 4 now. Thanks.
There's a setting within WhatsApp *settings > storage and data*, that handles downloads, you need to turn on auto-download for the images to show on your watch.
Hey Steve, thank you. Yes this setting is on place - I have tried clearing the cache and closing down WhatsApp. If I know that the pictures are now supposed to auto download using the 5 Pro it may be a system glitch following update to wear os 4 and I shall have to factory reset, a pain I know. Any other ideas greatly appreciated. Interestingly and on another topic it seems I now have to enter my pin every time I wish to use Samsung wallet on the watch. Any others have the same problem?
Yeah I found this too with the whatapp watch app...also didn't like that you can't reply from the notification, you have to go into the app which are all extra steps...deleted the app. Don't find it useful.
