So I just got the galaxy watch 4 classic and I cannot connect to any of my Sony Bluetooth headphones.... I can connect to some cheap headphones I have but not the Sony ones...... Already regretting buying another Samsung product......

I also have a bluetooth headphone issue when using YouTube music on Galaxy Watch 4. I start playing an album and it works okay. I try to change to another album or playlist and it just keeps playing the original album. Impossible to change to another album. It continues playing and then audio stops, but it still looks like it's playing in YTM. I've tried on a couple of sets of earbuds - cheap ones and Sony WF-XB700. Both Bluetooth 5. Happens to both. Doesn't happen on my old Bose Quiet Comfort 35 though. They work perfectly. Very annoying as I pretty much bought the watch to listen to YTM in the gym without the phone...

I have the same problem here with JBL 450BT (after a few songs, a noise starts in the earphone and Bluetooth disconnects) and 600BT earphones, also with Baseus earphones (after a few songs, bluetooth jams, no sound, but Spotify keeps playing the track) . Really annoying!!! I am so frustrated with this watch. My other Garmin smartwatch is far more stable in this matter. Any solution? Or this issue is planned by Samsung to make us buy the earbuds? Unbelievable!

I have the exact same problem with jlab earbuds Epic Air Elite. I had tried everything. The Samsung help desk told me that the watch was defective so they sent me a new one and the exact same thing is happening. If I try to listen to the music while running, eventually Samsung Health crashes as well. Did anyone find a solution to this problem? Is it my earbuds? Or should I go to a different brand of smart watch.

So far, Samsung gave no solution. How can such an error prevail?

Same issue for me. Tried it with JBL Live Pro+, a JBL flip 5 and TOZO T10 ear buds. They all jam after one single song via the built in music player. Spotify works somewhat better, but also after a couple of songs (~5) the connection gets jammed.
Edit February '22: The issue is gone for the JBL Live Pro+ and the JBL flip 5!

I was forced to give up on my old headphones and buy a new, more expensive, ones. Which are Huawei Freebuds 4i.
Now the problem is gone, but I liked my old headphones more tbh, which were Huawei AM61

Well, I changed out my earphones to a new model and the song pausing / disconnecting issue has resolved...

Similar issues here with Philips headphones.
- After 2-5 songs, playback stops on Philips UH202
- Same with Philips PH805, but on this one it not only stops but it also plays a terrible noise instead.
C'mon Samsung, this is a new, premium product. You should have already fixed this.

Hey, what earphone model did you change to? It is good to know which earphones work with this watch.
