Hi,
I purchased Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Note 20 5G from Hong Kong, however after coming to Mainland China, my watch cannot connect to Galaxy store and I basically cannot update any apps on watch from the phone. I have been quite disappointed and researched. Some suggested deleting a protocol from the computer and rebooting the watch. May I ask is this way feasible? Are there any detail steps on how to reconnect my watch to Galaxy store on my phone?
Thanks in advance for suggestions and help - this issue has been on my mind since Feb... Highly appreciate if this could be fixed! Here is the error code (in case it can help identify the problem).

Same issue for me after update watch 4 on Spain
