I'm having a nightmare with this watch which I bought my wife. It's never counted steps properly. I've tried everything. From resetting, to changing settings to exclude elliptical rowing etc, it's got the latest software update. I've even changed the watchface as I saw that was a more obscure suggestion (a watchface without a step counter can apparently interfere with the step counter). First run outside after and it did not keep counter after the first 500m. It works at the start of exercise then stops. We've tried with and without the phone present. It's paired with a galaxy s10. I've had the best experience with the first galaxy watch (my one) so qm so disappointed. I even chose a Samsung phone in advance of moving my wife into Samsung stuff but she is not impressed! Can someone please help!
