Hello,

For some reason my Watch 4 doesn't ring when I receive a call. I've checked the settings (Sound is on, nothing is on muted, do not disturb is off) and all seems OK. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks!

Hi!

Thanks for your quick reply! Very much appreciated! I checked all the settings, all seems to be OK. Not ringing though... I'll reset the watch. Hope that'll help.

Cheers!

For sure this is so annoying.  It happens often. 2 things that seemed to help. 1. Restart the watch. 2. I find quite often that the permissions for watch have been turned off (why?). When I allow watch to make calls etc.it seems to help.

I had to reboot the watch. It's working now.

We have to trick the system. try this, i hope it will work:

1- Go to wearable app on your phone

2- Go to watch setting

3- Go to notifications

4- Hit on "Sync Do not disturb with phone"

5- Go to "phone Do not disturb setting"

6- Make "Do not disturb" On

                - go to " Allowed during Do no disturb" section

                - go to calls and messages >>> calls : allow all

Now test.
