Galaxy watch 4 40mm gift from Samsung

Hi, i have received a galaxy watch 4 40mm silver/white from Samsung as a gift.

As my wrist is too large to wear 40mm watch, is it possible to swap or change it to 44mm and different colour ? Or if i pay for the difference between as priced.

Or even pay for the extra difference between watch 4 to get watch 4 classic.

Try it,you have nothing to lose. Go to your  first Samsung center and try to ask  and agree with them if there is such possibility ! 😉

You're not the first person I've seen ask this 😅 Unfortunately the response I've seen a few times on social media is that younhave to purchase another strap yourself and they won't exchange it 😔

You can try but I don't think they let you. Gifts are provided by promotions team and they won't let you change anything.

I asked to change to black ear buds years ago, as they only provide white ones and my phone was black.

Suport directed me to promotions, who said no, I posted to pay for postage if necessary, Nope they wasnt having it
