My watch turned black.Doesn't want to work.

First started flickering and two days later stoped working.

Anybody knows what happened.

Tried to book the repair but don't have serial number and have no idea how to find it.On the watch there is only model number

you can find yoyr serial number via the wearable app by watch settings> about watch> status information

Don't have it anymore because I tried to restore it and probably I deleted hoping I can add again but as my watch stopped working couldn't do it.So no information about it at all on my phone in my wearables.

Serial number should also be on the box that the watch came in.
