Galaxy Ring Sizing Problem

I went to Samsung Experience Shop and tried on the Galaxy Ring sizing kit. The Samsung shop floor Consultants had conceded that Samsung is aware that the Galaxy Ring sizes might be a bit small even at their biggest size of 13 for the european market. Therefore further sizes might be available soon. If you are being told such messages. May I invite you to add to the forum below. THANKS 👌

I heard that the ring itself is slightly smaller than the ringsizing kit so really it would be better if the store had the proper ring in store for you like the jewellery shops to try out instead of going off a sizing kit.

Wonder if the 2 or 3 bumps on the inner part of the ring are the cause, has anyone tried the ring yet to comment ?

They do keep the dummy sizing kit for the Galaxy ring at the Samsung Experience stores. They are usually attached to a security alarm system. However, all dummy rings have a small slit that is quite discrete. The slit is not present in the actual Galaxy Ring. This is to prevent the dummy ring from getting stuck with the inability to be removed when worn. Hence, although one might be happy to wear a wedding band snug/ loose, etc. Be weary that the give in the slit of the dummy rings were made so one can remove it comfortably. Also, I was told that once the ring size has been confirmed using the dummy ring and the actual Galaxy Ring been collected at the Samsung experience store. Once the ring has been unboxed/unsealed and worn, they might not honour the return policy or swap. I am sure this is not the case in real life . However, that was what I was forewarned when I visited the Samsung Experience Store.

I raised this to the Samsung Experience Team. I was told it all depends on the time of the time of day or night. When the finger or fingers decide to swell 🤔 or not. Yes, I have had the opportunity to try their dummy ring. Disclaimer: not tried actual Galaxy Ring.

I got the sizing kit and the largest size 13 is still too small, tried in the morning/evening it did not matter, Samsung needs to address this, I was looking forward to get one but it it not an option at least for now

I was in the exact predicament as you. Samsung have now conceded they have not expected sales on the Galaxy Ring to have dome so well. Although initial targeted production was 60000. They have increased production to 100000. Albeit their competitors Oura Ring sales had diminished because the Galaxy Ring are selling like hot cakes at £399 😀
