Galaxy ring - no gestures

So, I just got my Galaxy ring, but I can't seem to find the gestures tab on the Galaxy Wearable app. I'm using a Galaxy S24 Ultra. Can you help me out with this?

Why would this be a 6.1.1 feature? That's a watch feature, so stupid.

Found this out too when mine was delivered ered today. Thank you for your post I thought I was missing something.  It's like ordering a car, getting it delivered and finding out the gearbox will be fitted at a later date when you phone them up to find out why it won't move.

It's quite annoying, had same issue. Well, at least other features work...I guess we have to be patient and see. Got the silver coloured only because I'm hopeful the scratches on this would be less visible.

What phone do you have? Ive received the July update and mine is only 6.1, not 6.1.1.

All good. I had a slight glimmer of hope lol. I love the ring, but no gestures was a nice to have. I purchased the watch 7 same time, and the ring doesnt have EKG either which is why im returning mine. Hooefully they refine it in coming years!
