Galaxy Ring keeps disconnecting

So for about 5 days now my ring just randomly disconnects from phone. It seems to happen mostly over night when it meant tk go into sleep tracking. I have had to keep popping it back in its case to get it to wake back and connect to my phone. I've had it for about a month so was wondering if anyone else is expericing the same issues. I've also done a reset but that didn't help

It's just happened again and now it won't even charge. This happened before I left it for 10 mins and tried again. I'm thinking I may need a trip to the samsung store...

Odd mine was rock solid, before and after the update.
Best to talk to Samsung Support.

Having the exact same problem. Samsung support is zero help. There is obviously something causing the problem, but only they know what.
