Galaxy Fit e telling me to get moving, how can I stop it?

So I recently purchased a Galaxy Fit e and it keeps telling me to get moving and while it is useful it gets annoying when I'm watching TV or playing videogames. So is there any way to stop it from doing so? I also can't find a option for it in the S health app's notification settings...

I think it was part of the initial setup of the band with the Galaxy Wearable app. I don't think it's possible to remove the health nudge after. Try resetting the band. Hope it helps
