Galaxy Fit 3 Step counting while I'm driving/commute

Hi, can this be fixed? I encountered this twice already in a span of 3 months. It thinks im walking/running when in fact I'm just sitted driving,and the other time was when I rode the bus going to work and I was also sitted.

Hello and welcome, that should not happen, but your steps must be HUGE.

Best to reset, i use a Fit3 for the Gym and drive to it and back, its reasonably accurate.

How long have you owned the Fit3, I purchased mine a Gym/Spa abuse watch, but in many ways loving it vs my Watch 6 Classic 47mm, will be interesting as i have a Watch Ultra arriving today, maybe the Fit3 can trump them both 🤣

Hi, i have tried your suggestion to reset my watch. Its still counting my steps when im driving. Btw, there is no pause step counting on my samsung health apps
