2 questions, firstly hi! 👋

OK, I've just got my 1st samsung watch, now I'm looking at getting one for my mum for her birthday is this compatible with a huawei nova 5t? 

2nd question, my boy wants a watch also, question is can the galaxy fit 2 be used properly without connecting to Bluetooth? Hes only young and asked for a garmin vivofit jr 3 but the reviews are horrendous! All help greatly appreciated 😃

Hi @SamiJo88! If your son gets the Galaxy Fit 2 I think that'll be a great choice! For the initial set up of the watch, it must be paired to a phone running Android or iOS by Bluetooth. After the initial set up, you wouldn't be able to receive phone calls, texts or notifications from the phone and health data wouldn't be synced to the phone if Bluetooth is off. Ideally, it would be better to connect the watch to Bluetooth but it would still be good to use without Bluetooth connectivity. Hope this helps!

1. yes, you can pair the watch with any phone as long as you have Wearables app (Gear app) from Google Play Store

2. just pair the watch to a phone once and good to go, off Bluetooth

hi sami the only thing to add to comments above is using a samsung watch with a hauwei you will not get all the features. You wont be able to reply to texts on it for example, but other than that it should work fine. As for the fit 2 it will track everything once paired up with a phone but I wouldn't recommend using it without a phone and if it's been set up let's say on your phone and you leave your Bluetooth on notifications from your phone will go to his fit 2. Hope this helps.
