I purchased buds 2 pro a few weeks ago, and I found it's always making my ears itchy as long as I use it. I didn't find the same problem when I was using urbeats or airpods.
I also found a lot of customers complaining on this and there are a lot of news reporting this issue.
I felt really disappointed although I like Samsung brand. But this flagship earphones do have the serious issue.
I purchased the earphones in China but now I'm in Tanzania. So I wonder what is a solution for this, please help.
