I recently purchased a pair of the Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds and when I tried to connect them to my wearables app, it continuously says that the earbuds are not connected to my phone even though they are. Because they do not connect to my app, I am unable to use the noise cancelling feature which was one of the main reasons I bought them. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

@A_1, What phone model do you have? You should try remove Buds from Bluetooth devices list and connect it again using Wearable app.

I have the Galaxy A22. I removed the buds from my Bluetooth list and tried the app again but it doesn't recognize my buds.

@A_1, There is also a possibility that these headphones are counterfeits. Did you bought it from official Samsung seller ?

I am having the same issue, I actually had a chat with Samsung customer service. Guess what? After an hour of chatting and troubleshooting, he sent me to the official Samsung service store:)

I have the same issue: my buds are connected, recognized by my phone S22 Ultra and working but Wearble App cannot connect them. I want to use noise control.

I am having the same issue. I have Galaxy Watch Ultra and BudsPro3 setup on a Galaxy 25 Ultra. Wear app shows buds picture on the Watch Ultra settings pane. If I attempt to swipe to next pane, it flashes watch image and then quickly drops me back to the messed up watch settings pane

Same issue. I have S23 ultra, Watch4 classic and just bought buds 3 pro. Cannot get Wearable app to see them at all.
