Galaxy Buds Pro not working with the wearables app

I recently purchased a pair of the Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds and when I tried to connect them to my wearables app, it continuously says that the earbuds are not connected to my phone even though they are. Because they do not connect to my app, I am unable to use the noise cancelling feature which was one of the main reasons I bought them. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

@A_1What phone model do you have? You should try remove Buds from Bluetooth devices list and connect it again using Wearable app.

I have the Galaxy A22. I removed the buds from my Bluetooth list and tried the app again but it doesn't recognize my buds.

@A_1There is also a possibility that these headphones are counterfeits. Did you bought it from official Samsung seller ?
